  • What if I only need staff? Can I provide everything else?

    No problem!

    You can hire just a bartender, and we will happily give you a list of all the supplies you’ll need to get.

  • Can we provide our own Alcohol?

    Yes!

    We will give you a list of what alcohol you will need to provide for your party. If you don’t want to deal with the alcohol, we’re happy to do the shopping for you, and will charge a shopping fee to get the supplies you need.

  • Do you do custom cocktails?

    Yes!

    If there’s not a drink on the menu that interest you, we’re happy to come up with something custom just for you.

  • Do you charge for setup / breakdown?

    Yes.

    Believe it or not, setup and breakdown of the bar is the most challenging part of mobile bartending. We charge for the expected time it takes to accomplish this, and include the charge into your quote.

  • How much setup time do we need?

    The bar takes at least 1.5 hours to setup, and often longer depending on factors such as the size of the party, amount of supplies, and the event space. Places with stairs, service elevators, multiple bars, and/or long distances between loading zones and service points pose challenges to our team and will require more time.

  • Do we get to keep leftover mixers from the All-In-One Package?

    No.

    You’re paying for availability of the mixers, not the mixers themselves. To cover the needs of the guests during the event, we often bring substantially more than we need to avoid running out of anything. The total cost of all these extra mixers is often much higher than what we charge.
